Assess the model and feasibility
If the design is sufficiently defined, the team reviews it as an OEM project; if design development is needed, both parties define an ODM scope. Technical documents, compliance needs, ownership, MOQ, and timing are reviewed together.
Align on samples, criteria, and next decisions
Both parties agree on sample deliverables, test methods, approvers, and change records. A suitable production plan follows only after scope and key conditions are confirmed.
